:SEL:CLR Clear measurements
:SEL:APK+ Selects peak positive current
:SEL:APK- Selects peak negative current
Ensure equipment under test is off
:MOD:INR:CLR Clear the Apk+ and Apk-
Switch on equipment under test
:FRD? Returns Apk+ and Apk-.
