Telephone operation
Save a call log entry to the directory
When in the call log (see Review the call log on page 27), press CID/VOL

or /VOL
+
to browse.
When the desired entry appears, press
MENU/SELECT.
The screen shows EDIT NUMBER and the desired
entry’s number.
4. Use the dialing keys to edit the number.
Press REMOVE to backspace and erase a digit.
Press and hold REMOVE to erase the entire entry.
Press
CID/VOL
-
to move the cursor to the left or /VOL
+
to the right.
Press and hold
REDIAL/PAUSE to insert a dialing pause (a P appears).
Press
MENU/SELECT to move to the name. The screen shows EDIT NAME.
Press
MENU/SELECT again.
Use the dialing keys (see page 20) to edit the name.
Press REMOVE to backspace and erase a character.
Press and hold REMOVE to erase the entire entry.
Press
CID/VOL
-
to move the cursor to the left or
/VOL
+
to the right.

Press OFF/
CLEAR to return to idle mode.
Delete from the call log
Delete an entry:
When in the call log, press
CID/VOL
-
or /VOL
+
to browse.
Press REMOVE to delete the selected entry.
Delete all entries:
Press MENU/
SELECT when the handset is not in use. Press CID/VOL

or
/VOL
+
to select Call log.
Press
MENU/SELECT and then press CID/VOL

or /VOL
+
to select
Del all calls.
Press
MENU/SELECT and the screen shows Delete all?
Press
