Connecting an external tank to the Puranity TU 12+ system
NOTE!
The external pure water tanks are supplied only with the Puranity TU 12+ system.
The external pure water tanks are available in two different sizes:
(171-1170) pure water tank 30L
(171-1171) pure water tank 60L
All connectors for connecting the 30L or 60 L pure water tank to the Puranity TU 12+
system have the same position.
If you ordered the sterile overflow for pure water tanks, connect the sterile overflow as
described in the separate installation guide. If not use a AD 8mm/ 0.31 inch tube to
connect the tank overflow to drain as described in this chapter.
A tank vent filter has to be ordered separately (see “Accessories” on page 67).

1 Place the external 30L or 60L pure
water tank in the direct vicinity of the
Puranity TU 12+ system.
2 Use the AD 1/4“ tube to connect the
tank back flow connector on the pure
water tank with the tank back flow
connector on the Puranity TU 12+
panel.
3 Plug in the AD 1/4“ tube to connect
the tank flow connector on the pure
water tank to the tank flow connector
on the Puranity TU 12+ panel.
