6.13 Speed signal
Vehicle type
All trailer vehicles
Purpose
In addition to the ISS speed switch, which only outputs switch settings, TEBS E
can provide a speed signal for evaluation by the connected systems, e.g. for con-
trolling steering axles or for closing tank covers.
Function
The TEBS E Modulator provides a speed signal in the form of a pulse-width modu-
lated rectangular signal.
