This error is shown due to an internal calculation and
plausibility check of high-voltage setting <60kV, coil
current >1.5V and spray current <5μA.
Troubleshooting:
1. Gun connector and bushing on control unit
(bent and soiled contacts)
2. Gun cable (broken strands or shield)
These parameters may never be reached together,
if all parameters and external in uences are correct.
3. Cable connection part on the gun
(correct and permanent connection)
4. Cascade plug
(bent and misshaped contacts)
5. High-voltage test
(Continuity test according to service manual)
6. Nozzle area
(Check for clean contacts and electrode tip,
functioning spring contact and contact ring, bent or
broken electrode tip)
7. Workpiece and control unit earthed correctly as speci ed
8. Only a WAGNER gun is approved
9. If all points have been checked, the whole gun can be
replaced as a quick test.
