Fastentheboltandthewasherandremountthebearingcover.Usetighteningtorque20Nm±3Nm.
OnmachineswithRMC;pulltheRMCangebackinpositionandtightenthescrew.Usetightening
torque5Nm±0.5Nm.
Pushthebeltfromtheouterdrumontotheinnerdrumandmakesureitisinposition.
Fastenthebelt(B)andthewire(A).Rotatethedrumtomakesurethatthebeltisinposition.
Tightenthebelttensionerwithatorquewrenchbypullingthetensionplate(E)clockwiseuntil
itisinposition.
Checkthebelttensionwithafrequencymeaterorsimilar.Thefrequencyshallbe75Hz±5Hz.
Adjustifnecessary.
