2.4.4 Fitting the Undercarriage
- Use the two screws (11/2) to fasten the undercarriage (11/1) to the
engine bracket (11/3).
- Push the handle (12/1) downwards and lock it by means of the
locking lever (12/2).
- Release the locking lever (11/4) and fold the undercarriage (11/1)
downwards.
- Tilt the machine to the front by means of the handle (12/1) to swivel
the undercarriage (12/3) beneath the base plate (12/4).
- In the operating position, the undercarriage (12/3) is folded upwards
and locked in this position by means of the locking lever (11/4).
Caution!
During compaction, the locking lever (11/4) must be locked!
Caution!
During compaction, the handle (12/1) must be released!

- Put the soil compactor out of operation as described
in chapter 2.7.
- Lift the soil compactor as described in paragraph
2.2.1.
- Attach the damper plate (10/1) to the rear of the
base plate (10/2).
- Fasten the damper plate (10a/1) to the front of the
base plate (10a/3) by means of the 2 screws
(10a/2).
