I.IV DPI CHARACTERISTIC

During maintenance and cleaning of the machine, the following PPE are re-

quired:

Gloves

For the protection of all the machine parts in contact with food (l-

ter holders, lters, etc.).

Perform only the maintenance and cleaning operations described in

this manual.

All maintenance and cleaning operations not indicated in

this document must be performed only and exclusively by the

Manufacturer's Qualied Technician.

All maintenance operations must be carried out after disconnecting

the power supply, water supply, and after the complete cooling of

the machine.

If the problem cannot be solved, turn the machine o and call the

Manufacturer's Qualied Technician. Do not attempt any sort of

repairs.

The de-scaling of the machine must be carried out by the

Manufacturer's Qualied Technician to ensure that such operation

does not lead to release of hazardous materials for food use.

Any unauthorised tampering with any parts of the machine renders

any warranty null and void.
