12.1 Decommissioning the system
► Switch o the system at the printer.
► Disconnect the mains plug.
► Remove the compressed-air hose from the compressed-
air source.
► Remove the compressed-air hose from the compressed-
air maintenance unit on the applicator.
► Remove label material and transfer foil from the printer.
► Remove the applicator from the printer.
► Remove the printer from the mounting foot.
► Pack the components in their original packaging.
The system is now ready for transport and, if necessary,
disposal.
12.2 Disposing of the system
► Decommission the system as described in chapter 12.1.
► Ensure that the system is disposed of in accordance
with national and local regulations.
The product contains substances that
may be harmful to the environment and
human health. In addition, it also contains
substances that can be reused through
targeted recycling.
