2.4 Designed Use
+ Realization of crimp connections up to a cable Ø of 6 mm² (wire end ferrules up to 50 mm²)
depending on the terminal design.
The electric Crimping Machine CS 300 is designed for usage with WEZAG approved adapters
or tool heads. The adapter/tool head should only be used with the tool heads/dies specified
by WEZAG. It is only allowed to use the electric Crimping Machine CS 300 together with the
adapter, tool head and die set for the preparation of crimp connections!
2.5 Predictable Misuse
+ Every application which is not mentioned in chapter 2.4 „Designed Use“.

1. Hazardous Area: Area of interchangeable crimping dies/tool heads
Person at risk: Operator

2. Hazardous Area: Opened Machine
Person at risk: Installation Engineer
Type of Hazard: Direct or indirect contact with movable parts of the machine,
Hand injuries (cuts from sharp edges)
Hand injuries (risk of crushing)
