Before starting the equipment
• Before you connect the equipment to the power supply make sure
that the data on the rating plate are identical to the supply voltage.
• Only ever connect the equipment to a properly installed shock-proof
socket which is protected by a 10A fuse as a minimum.
• Always pull out the power plug before making adjustments to the
equipment.
• Unpack the table saw and check it for damage which may have oc-
curred in transit.
• Make sure the machine stands securely, i.e. bolt it to a workbench or
solid base.
• All covers and safety devices have to be properly fitted before the
equipment is switched on.
• It must be possible for the blade to run freely.
• When working with wood that has been processed before, watch out
for foreign bodies such as nails or screws, etc.
• Before you actuate the On/Off switch, make sure that the saw blade is
correctly fitted and that the equipment‘s moving parts run smoothly.
Assembly
Important! Disconnect the power plug before carrying out any main-
tenance, resetting or assembly work on the circular saw!
You will need the following tools for the assembly work:
• Open-ended spanner or ring spanner size 10
• Allen key 4 mm
• Crosstip screwdriver PH2
