Troubleshooting
Table 4 provides a detailed description of the detected warning messages and solutions. If you are unable to resolve the
problem after referring to this table, contact your dealer or Customer Service.
Table 4 Detected Warning Messages
Fault
Number Message Cause Solution
W48 DC under
voltage
(Warning)
Voltage at the DC input
terminals is below the Low
Battery Cut Out (LBCO)
setting.
Check for the correct battery voltage at the inverter's DC
input terminals.
Check for external DC loads on the batteries.
Check condition of batteries and recharge if necessary.
Reduce the Low Battery Cut Out (LBCO) setting.
Battery bank capacity may be inadequate for the loads in
the system.
W72 AC Out Assoc
Mismatched
In a stacking configuration—
the AC In settings are not the
same for both units.
Change the AC In setting of both units in the stacking
configuration to be the same. See “Stacking Configuration
Menu” on page 68.
W87 Inconsistent
Frequencies
In a stacking configuration—
the AC input low and high
frequency settings are not the
same for both units.
Change the AC input low and hi frequency settings of both
units in the stacking configuration to be the same. See
“ACIn Settings” on page 64.
