4. Check the tray slot for jammed paper that may be hanging down from the top of the slot.
5. If there is jammed paper hanging from the top of the tray slot, pull the tray above it completely
out of the printer. You should be able to see the top of the paper emerging from the base of the
tray above. Grasp the paper with both hands and gently pull it up and out of the printer.
6. Confirm that all paper fragments have been removed.
