Print Options for Macintosh
The following tables list specific printing options available from the Xerox Features pull-down menu in
the printer driver.
Saving a Set of Commonly-Used Print Options in Macintosh
You can save and name a set of printing options to apply to future print jobs.
To save a set of printing options:
1. Select the desired printing options from the menus in the Print dialog box.
2. From the Presets menu, select Save As.
3. In the Save Preset As dialog box, type a name for the preset and then click OK.
The set of options is saved and will appear in the Presets list. You can print using these options
next time by selecting the name from the list.
Xerox Features Menu Printing Options
Paper/Output Job Type: Specifies the type of print job. Normal Print, Secure Print,
Personal Print, Personal Saved Print, Proof Print, Saved Print, Print With
(requires network connection)
Paper: Size, Other Type, Paper Mismatch Policy, Separators, Covers
2-Sided Printing: 1-Sided Print; 2-Sided Print; 2-Sided Print, Flip on Short
Edge
Print Quality: Automatic, Fast Color, Standard, Enhanced, Photo
Color Options Color correction: Automatic Color (Recommended), Vivid Color, Black and
White, Color Adjustments (color correction methods)
Print Settings On Page: Prints color settings, print-quality mode, and file
name on page.
Booklet/Watermark Booklet Layout: Disabled, Enabled
Booklet Options: Scale to New Paper Size, Gutter, Creep
Draw Page Borders: Select to print borders around pages.
Watermark: Specifies watermark to use, watermark options, and settings
for creating and editing watermarks.
Advanced Booklet Image Order: Left To Right, Right To Left
Mirrored Output: Disabled, Enabled
Print Optimization: Optimize for Speed, Optimize for Economy
sRGB Neutral Gray: Automatic Black, Pure Black, Composite Black
Use Printer Halftones or Use Application Halftones
Allow Printer to Manage Spot Color or Allow Software to Manage Spot
