Printer Options (continued)
GPIO PORT Model dependant option used to interface
the printer to an external controlling device
(see Appendix D).
GPIO DEVICE
Input control signal is required to print a
label.
²DISABLED
Disables the GPIO.
APPLICATOR
Enables the GPIO for a Label Applicator.
BARCODE VERIFIER
Enables the GPIO for the Barcode Verifier.
START OF PRINT
Programmable signal input controlling the
Start of Print (SOP).
²ACTIVE HIGH
Signal must go high at SOP.
ACTIVE LOW
Signal must go low at SOP.
END OF PRINT
Programmable signal output for End of Print
(EOP).
²LOW PULSE
Low pulse generated at EOP.
HIGH PULSE
High pulse generated at EOP.
ACTIVE LOW
Signal goes low at EOP.
ACTIVE HIGH
Signal goes high at EOP.
