RECOMMENDED EXHAUST FLOW RATES
The VELOCITY readings above are obtained by holding an anemometer 3” away from the Grease
Filter. Take several readings in different locations across the filters and average the results.
NOTE
Most building codes require 500 Feet per Minute velocity. Exhaust duct is 1 ft

Check with your local building official for requirements.
NOTE
All values are FPM [M/Min] unless otherwise noted. Figures represent VELOCITY
measured at the Grease Filter.
