Dual Headset
Dual headset allows users to use two headsets. To use this feature, you must connect
your headsets to headset jack and handset jack respectively. Once the phone joins in a
call, people with the headset connected to the headset jack has a full-duplex
conversation, other people with the headset connected to the handset jack are only
allowed to listen.
To enable Dual Headset via web user interface:
1) Click on Phone -> Features.
2) Select Enabled from the pull-down list of Dual Headset.
3) Click Confirm to save the change.
Anonymous Call
This feature allows you to make a call with the display of your calling identification
information blocked. You can also configure to reject calls from callers who have
blocked the display of their calling identification information (calling number and calling
name).
To configure anonymous call via phone user interface:
1) Press ->Features->Anonym Call.
2) Press Left/Right navigation key to select an account from the Line ID field.
3) Press Left/Right navigation key to select Enable/Disable from the Anonym Call
field.
4) (Optional.) Enter the anonymous call on code in the Anonym On field.
5) (Optional.) Enter the anonymous call off code in the Anonym Off field.
6) Press Left/Right navigation key to select Enable/Disable from the Rejection
field.
7) (Optional.) Enter the anonymous call rejection on code in the Rejection On field.
8) (Optional.) Enter the anonymous call rejection off code in the Rejection Off field.
9) Press to save the change or to cancel.
Note:
This configuration is only available for the account selected in the Line ID field.
To configure the anonymous call via web user interface:
Click on Account-> Basic to do the relating change.
