Call Completion
Have you encountered such a situation? When you call a contact, but the other side is
busy on a call. Do you want the server to inform you immediately when the contact
ends the call in order to establish a conversation in time? Call Completion can help you
to solve this problem.
To enable Call Completion via phone user interface:
1) Press ->Features->Call Completion.
2) Press Left/Right navigation key to select Enable from the Call Completion field.
3) Press to save the change or to cancel.
Answering a Call
Answering an Incoming Call
1) If you are not on an active call, lift the handset to answer it using the handset, or
press the Speaker key to answer it using the speakerphone, or press the Headset
key to answer it using the headset.
2) If you are on an active call, the LCD will prompt: New
：
xxx. Press to answer the
new call or to reject the new call.
During the conversation, you can alternate between the Headset, Handset and
Speakerphone modes by pressing the corresponding key or picking up the handset.
Denying an Incoming Call
Press to deny the incoming call directly.
DND
Press DND to active DND Mode. Further incoming calls will be rejected and the LCD will
display the icon. Press DND again to deactivate DND mode. You can find the
incoming call record in the Call History.
To configure DND feature via phone user interface:
1) Press ->Features->DND.
2) Press Left/Right navigation key to select Enable/Disable from the DND field.
3) Enter DND on code in the DND On Code field.
4) Enter DND off code in the DND Off Code field.
5) Press to save the change or to cancel.
