HOUR METER KIT (6Y5-83504-11-00)
For Model Year 2001, Yamaha has developed a
new digital hour meter. It mounts in the same 2
1/16-diameter hole. The gauge sports the tradi-
tional Yamaha styling. Part No. 6Y5-83504-11-00
The hour meter provides the operator with useful
at-a-glance information. It monitors the number
of hours a motor has been used since original
installation. Also, the meter allows the operator to
keep track of the number of hours the motor was
used on one day, and even how much time is
required to reach a given destination.
The Yamaha Hour Meter has been designed for
use with electric start motors and is easy to install.
