- Replace the ECU.

Turn the main switch to “OFF” and then back to
“ON”. Check if an error code is displayed.

Erase the malfunction history:
Turning the main switch to “OFF” will not erase the malfunction history.
Erase the malfunction history in the diagnostic mode. Refer to “SENSOR AND ACTUATOR OPERATION
TABLE (Diagnostic code No. 62)”.
In the diagnostic mode, inspect and operate
the following sensors and actuators. Refer to
“SENSOR AND ACTUATOR OPERATION
TABLE”.

39: Fuel injector
