What to do if YASKAWA FSDrive-MV1S shows IOV Overvoltage?
- BBrenda CarpenterAug 4, 2025
If the YASKAWA Inverter displays an IOV Overvoltage error, it means the voltage has risen to 120% of the rated power supply voltage (L9-01). Here's what you should do: * Check the main power supply voltage. * Confirm that the detected value of the power supply voltage (U1-90) and the setting value of the rated main power supply input voltage (L9-01) are appropriate. * If the detection is faulty, consider replacing the isolation board or the modulator board. * Take measures to adjust the power supply voltage, such as changing transformer taps.
