Note: It is only applicable to SIP-T28P IP

Configures the delay time to turn off the
backlight when the IP phone is inactive.
If it is set to 60 (60s), the LCD backlight is
turned off when the IP phone is inactive for 60
seconds.
Note: It is not applicable to SIP-T19P, SIP-T20P
and SIP-T21P IP phones.
