1. The YN565EX can’t flash
Check whether the batteries are installed in the correct orientation: Please install the batteries in the correct orientation.
Check whether the speedlite is attached to the camera: Slip the speedlite hot shoe stand into the camera hot shoe stand
hard.
Check the hot shoe contact: Clean the contacts.
Check whether the batteries are exhausted: If the charging is not completed within 20 seconds, the flash will
automatically shutdown. Then you need to replace with new batteries.
