3.6 Complaints
Claims for damages resulting from transport damage can only by asserted if the transport
company and the manufacturer are informed immediately. Notification of the manufacturer
and the remedy of the damage are generally carried out by the dealer.
Immediately create a damage report and send it to the transport company and to the
dealer.
When returning the unit, include the following information:
- Name and address of the sender and receiver
- Type and serial number of the unit
- Description of the defect (damage report)
- Date and signature
