This product complies with WEEE Directive 2002/96/EG (waste
electrical and electronic equipment). Separate collection for elec-
trical and electronic equipment. The waste removal at the end of
the service life will be done by the manufacturer.
Indicates the medical device manufacturer, as defined in EU Di-
rective 90/385
Indicates the manufacturer’s catalogue number so that the medi-
cal device can be identified. The catalogue number is placed
adjacent to the symbol.
Indicates the manufacturer’s serial number so that a specific
medical device can be identified. The serial number is placed ad-
jacent to the symbol.
Indicates the manufacturer’s batch code so that the batch or lot
can be identified. The batch code is placed adjacent to the sym-
bol.
Indicates the maximum and minimum temperature at which the
item shall be stored, transported or used.
Indicates that the transport package shall be kept away from rain
and in dry conditions.
To indicate that the contents of the transport package are fragile
and the package shall be handled with care.
To indicate correct upright position of the transport package.
