 Make sure that the outriggers are in the correct position and RCI is set
to the proper configuration before you swing the superstructure with a
load on the boom.
 Monitor the area as you move a load. Do not move a load unless the
conditions are safe.
 Before you swing the superstructure, make sure that the swing lockout
device is in the UNLOCK position. When crane movements stop, lock
the superstructure and ensure the swing lock indicator illuminates.
Before you lift and move a load, make sure that the wind and weather
conditions are safe to operate.
