willsettheprimarylinktoForwardingstateandblocksthesecondarylink;ifnon-re-
versalmodeisenabled,ZESSwillblocktheprimarylinkandcontinuestousethe
secondarylinkfordatatransmission.
Note:
Inreversalmode,whentheprimarylinkrecoversfromdisconnection,thelinkisnot
switchedimmediatelybutafteraperiodofthepreuptime.
