sample position, dispatching position or mixing position. The inner and outer ring of reaction
tray has 50 holes respectively. The reaction tray is used to load the cuvettes so that the
sample and reagent react in a temperature environment of 37 ± 0.3 °C.
2.5.4.Magnetic separation system
Cleaning tray component;
Aspiration component.
The automatic cleaning system is composed of a cleaning tray and aspiration
component.
The cleaning tray has a disk structure with a single ring that contains 15 holes, which is
arranged coaxially with the reaction tray. The reaction liquid can be separated by 3-phrase
magnetic separation.
2.5.5.Photoelectric measurement and reaction system
The photoelectric measurement system, installed outside the outer ring of the reaction
tray, used to detect the luminescence intensity of the liquid in the cuvette in the hole at the
outer ring of the reaction tray, which is then converted to the concentration by the master
calibration curve.
2.5.6.Substrate system
The substrate system is located in the front left of your analyzer, in which two substrates
can be placed, and is used to hold the substrate for luminous detection; The two substrates
are used alternately. When one vial is used up, the system will automatically switch to the
other vial and prompt you for timely replacement. One substrate can support 500 tests, and
substrates can be loaded manually, and barcode scanning can obtain information such as
substrate batch number, expiry date, etc..
There are two substrate status buttons, located on the substrate system of the panel,
corresponding to the two substrates, respectively. After replacing the substrate, press the
corresponding button and the system will update the status of the substrate. These buttons
also function as indicator lights for displaying different status of the corresponding substrate
and indicating user action.
Indicator light status is represented as follows:
On: The substrate is in use and is not allowed to be replaced;
Flash: The substrate is expired or is empty and must be replaced;
Off: The substrate is full, ready for use, and does not need to be replaced.
