If the use mode is switched (only one substrate of substrate is used), the indicator light
status is represented as follows:
• On: The substrate is in use and is not allowed to be replaced;
• Flash: The substrate is expired or is empty and needs to be replaced;
• Off: This substrate is not loaded.
2.5.7. Operation unit
The operation unit mainly includes a display, a handheld barcode scanner and analysis
software;
The display is a 15-inch touch screen, which can perform manual touch operations;
The handheld barcode scanner is mainly used for external barcode recognition of the
instrument, including item barcode, reagent barcode, reagent master calibration curve
barcode, substrate barcode, etc.;
The analysis software is the end-user system software, which is the main tool for
human-computer interaction. For detailed usage, please refer to Chapter 3 Basic Operation
Methods.
2.5.8. Accessory
Accessories include washing liquid inlet pipe, liquid waste container and liquid waste
float sensor.
The wash buffer container is used to hold the wash buffer for analyzer. The user should
check whether the wash buffer is sufficient before daily test. If it is insufficient, it should be
added or replaced in time. When the user forgets to add the wash buffer before the test, the
wash buffer detection sensor alarm will be triggered to prompt the user to add wash buffer.
The liquid waste container is used to hold the liquid waste of test. The user should check
whether the liquid waste container is full before daily test. If it is full, it should be emptied in
time. The liquid waste float sensor is used to detect the volume of liquid waste in liquid waste
container. When the user forgets to empty the waste liquid, the waste liquid sensor alarm will
be triggered to prompt the user to empty the liquid waste container.
