time, photometry and toss cuvettes, photometry will be recorded in the log;
◼ Yes: Reset the sample/reagent probe, wash for a long time, perform
one-step method tests for 3 times, aspirate 120μL of enhanced wash buffer,
and incubate for 2 cycles, samples and other reagents are not added,
perform three-phase magnetic separation cleaning, inject 200μL substrate
into cuvettes each time, photometry and toss cuvettes, photometry will be
recorded in the log.
1) Support additional sample tests during daily maintenance;
2) It is not allowed to suspend the test when adding the first test,
otherwise the test item may be invalid.
4.8.2.2.Regular maintenance setting
[Period Maintenance] refers to the manual period maintenance of the analyzer, the
user can manually set the maintenance period: 1h, 2h, 3h, 4h. When the maintenance
time is reached and the analyzer is standby, the regular maintenance process will be
performed.
Basic operation
1) Perform the whole machine reset, if there is an abnormal, an error message will
be reported, and maintenance process will stop;
2) Mix the reagent tray, turn on the peristaltic pump during the mixing process,
follow the cycle of running for 12s and stopping for 8s, and perform 2 cycles
every 1h in standby. Calculate the times of cycles according to the regular
maintenance time set by the software;
3) Perform one-step procedures for 3 times, do not add samples or reagents,
incubate for 2 cycles, perform three-phase magnetic separation cleaning, and
no substrate. Metering throw cup, metering is recorded in the log.
