Troubleshooting
9.1 Overview
This chapter offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential
problems are divided into the following categories.
• Power, and Hardware Installation
• WAH7706 Access and Login
• Internet Access
• Wireless Connections
9.2 Power, and Hardware Installation
The WAH7706 does not turn on. The OLED display is not on.
1 Make sure the WAH7706 is correctly installed (refer to your Quick Start Guide).
2 Make sure the battery is installed and charged. Press the power button to turn the WAH7706 on.
See Section 1.5 on page 9 and Section 1.6 on page 9.
3 If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
9.3 WAH7706 Access and Login
I forgot the IP address for the WAH7706.
1 The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.
2 If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, you have to reset the device to its factory
defaults. See Section 1.7 on page 11.
