15 MAINTENANCE
All sets and extensions can be supervised by an M6500 management centre.
They are identified by their product code (M720, M725, M730, M740, M760, M780, i740, i760, i780
according to the equipment level) and may be modified according to the modules and cartridges that
have been added. The serial number is included in the software at the factory.
Their software can be updated using the downloading tool (except M725 whose software must be
updated in the factory).
No hardware maintenance is required.
Spare parts are limited to replacing delicate mechanical parts (cords, handsets). However, PCBs can
be replaced on site in certain cases provided you have received appropriate technical training.
The guarantee period is the same as for the other products (15 months from the date of manufacture).
All repairs are undertaken by the repair centre or by approved companies.
