If all modules of the inverter unit are in fact available
(eg. maintenance work has been completed), check
that parameter 95.13 is set to 0 (reduced run function
disabled).
PU state feedback 5696 State feedback from
output phases does not
match control signals.

and its mounting screw is tight. Reboot the control unit
(using parameter 96.08 Control board boot) or by cycling
power. If the problem persists, contact your local ABB
representative.
