Inspecting, piston rod guide ring
Use this procedure to inspect the piston rod guide ring for wear.
NoteAction
Move axis 2 to a position where the balancing
device is in a horizontal position.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the safeguarded
space.

Check the guide ring for wear.
Replace if necessary.

Note
If there is a risk of metallic contact between the
piston rod and the end cover, the guide ring
must be replaced!
