WARNING:
Risk of explosion. Never use vaporized disinfectants. The vapor could catch fi re and cause an accident.
CAUTION:
Risk of deterioration of the PSPIX system. Disinfection of the removable parts in the thermal washer
disinfector may cause wear of these parts. It is therefore advisable to replace these parts every 100
thermal washer disinfection cycles, on average.
CAUTION:
Risk of deterioration of the PSPIX system. Autoclable and removable parts (IP insertion part for IP and
receptacle for IP )are sold as OPTIONS. Turn them over and check that the logos
are present
on the back of the parts before placing them in an autoclave.

Risk of deterioration of the PSPIX system. Sterilization of removable parts may cause wear of these
parts. It is therefore advisable to replace these parts before they get major wear.

The autoclave procedure described in this chapter is a recommended procedure. It is not a substitute for
offi cial recommendations and directives.
