5.8.5 Level Trigger and Delta Trigger

5.8.5.1 Level Trigger
The trigger is detected when the measurement data exceeds the set LEVEL (threshold value).
The trigger can be detected at the rising edge (POSI) or the falling edge (NEGA) according to the SLOPE
setting.
LEVEL and SLOPE can be set in ‘LEVEL’ and ‘SLOPE’ in the category in .

Setting the level trigger
The LEVEL value is set by entering the display count up to the maximum number of display digits in the
fixed measurement range.
Set the LEVEL value according to the following displayed number even if the displayed number becomes
smaller than the maximum number of display digits because of the measurement function, sampling rate,
or display digit settings.
7461A/61P: 1199999, 319999 (3 A range), 749999 (750 V range)
7451A: 319999, 119999 (DCV-Bch), 74999 (750 V range)
Example: Set LEVEL to 500000 when setting the threshold level to 5.00000 V in DCV 10V range of
the 7461A.
If the setting exceeds the maximum display, the trigger cannot be detected.
Example: When LEVEL is set to 200000 in DCV-Bch of the 7451A.
