2.1.2 Pressure zeroing
Zero the pressure measurement by pressing .
( Gauge or differential pressure
zero if the measuring pressure is in the range
of (-1% ~ 1%) FS. First, connect the pressure
port with atmosphere. Then after the data is steady,
press to zero.
( ) Absolute pressure:
It is difficult to pull a hard vacuum to absolute zero.
Because of this we have developed the following
zeroing procedure to zero the ADT672 absolute sensors.
a. Connect the ADT672 to a vacuum source or to
atmosphere, with a reference standard The reference
pressure is . The ADT762 is .
The ADT762 will need to be zeroed if there is a difference between and
