3.2.3.1.5.3 – Oil Calibration
The ‘Oil Calibration’ menu displays the gain and offset controls for the oil type file. Gain and offset controls are used to
‘fine tune’ the sensor for calibration to ensure an accurate oil type calibration. The Gain and Offset values are not
typically adjusted after a calibration. The Flu value is the fluorescence value for the given calibration.
The values in the display will be for the current active oil type or can display the values of any loaded oil type files from
the ‘Oil Type displayed is’ dropdown list. Figure 68 shows theOil Calibration displayed for an active oil type and for a
displayed oil type.
