  If the Advanced Control Panel displays an “ACTUATOR CIRCUIT” with a “SHORT CIRCUIT” or “OPEN CIRCUIT” message, it indicates a wiring fault on the actuator circuit. Check the wiring. It can also mean that the wiring or actuator has been changed or modified. In this case, re-learn the new actuator characteristics.

Why is my Advanced Control Panel stuck in Manual Only Mode after commissioning?

  If your Advanced Control Panel is stuck in Manual Only Mode after commissioning, it might be due to the factory settings defaulting to this mode. To change this, navigate to Level 2 Menu->EXTINGUISHIN MODES->TRIGGER and select ‘AUTO+MANUAL’. Keep in mind that restoring factory settings will reinstate Manual Only Mode.
