USB Configuration
USB configuration parameters
– Legacy USB Support
Enable/disable legacy USB support. The Auto option disables legacy support
if no USB devices are connected. The Disable option renders USB devices
available for EFI applications only.
– XHCI Hand-Off
This provides a workaround for OS without XHCI hand-off support. The XHCI
ownership change should be claimed by the XHCI driver.
– EHCI Hand-Off
This is a workaround for OS without EHCI hand-off support. The EHCI own-
ership change should be claimed by EHCI driver.
– USB Mass Storage Driver Support
Enable/disable USB mass storage driver support
– USB Transfer Timeout
Allows users to set the timeout value for control, bulk, and interrupt transfers;
options include 1, 5, 10, and 20 seconds.
– Device Reset Timeout
Allows users to set the USB mass storage device start unit command timeout
time; options include 10, 20, 30, and 40 seconds.
– Device Power-Up Delay
Enable/disable Auto or Manual USB mass storage device start unit command
timeout.
