Le unità vengono spedite con imballo standard costituito da
un basamento in legno e da una una scatola di cartone.
Le unità da 100 a 300 vengono spedite con imballo stan-
dard costituito da un basamento in legno e polietilene.
Prima di movimentare l’unità accertarsi che non abbia subi-
to danni durante il trasporto e verificare che le attrezzature
da utilizzare per il sollevamento e posizionamento siano
adeguate come portata e rispettino le norme di sicurezza
vigenti. Particolare attenzione va posta a tutte le operazioni
di carico, scarico e sollevamento onde evitare situazioni di
pericolo per le persone e danneggiamenti alla carpenteria
ed agli organi funzionali della macchina.
Se viene utilizzato un carrello elevatore, inforcare il basamento
nella parte inferiore distanziando le forche del carrello al mas-
simo consentito.
Se viene utilizzata una gru, accertarsi che le cinghie siano omo-
logate per sopportare il peso dell’unità, fare attenzione che siano
ben fissate al telaio superiore ed ai pali di sollevamento, le chiu-
sure di sicurezza devono garantire che le cinghie non fuoriesca-
no dalla loro sede. L’apparecchio una volta privo dell’imballo
può essere sollevato e spostato inserendo due tubi metallici negli
apposisti fori previsti. I pali, (non forniti) adeguatamente dimen-
sionati, devono sporgere dal basamento per una lunghezza tale
che le cinghie di sollevamento possano essere tese verso l’alto
senza incontrare interferenze. Il telaio di sollevamento deve
avere il punto di aggancio sulla verticale del baricentro.
Durante il sollevamento si consiglia di montare i supporti anti-
vibranti (VT), fissandoli ai fori sul basamento, secondo lo sche-
ma di montaggio a corredo degli accessori (VT).
É assolutamente vietato sostare sotto l‘unità.
The units are standard conditioned for shipment in a carton
box and a wooden pallets.
The units 100 to 300 are standard conditioned for shipment
with polyethilene and a wooden pallets Before moving the
unit, make sure that it has not suffered any damage during tran-
sport and make sure that the lifting and positioning equipment
to be used has an adequate capacity and that it complies with
current safety regulations. Particular care must be taken during
all loading, unloading and lifting operations, to avoid potential
danger to persons, damage to carpentry works and damage to
the machine's working parts.
Using a fork lift truck, lift the base on the lower side spacing the
forks at their maximum width.
Using a crane, make sure that the belts are capable of bearing
the full weight of the unit, ensure they are firmly fixed to the
upper frame and to the lifting forks, the safety fastenings must
ensure that the belts do not come out of their housing.
Once the machine has been unpacked can be lifted and
moved so that the metal pipes can be fitted in the special holes.

forks must be of a suitable size, and
must protrude from the base by a length sufficient to allow the
lifting cables to be raised from above without encountering any
type of interference.The lifting frame connection point must be
vertical to the center of gravity. During lifting it is recommended
that the vibration damper supports are installed (VT), fitting
them to the holes in the base, according to the assembly dia-
gram supplied with the accessories (VT).
Never stand under the unit.
