• HEAT MODE: the mode indicator "O" lights up RED and the
temperature indicator shows H for 3 seconds, then returns to
the room temperature indicator.
• DEHUMIDIFICATION MODE: the mode indicator "O" lights up
GREEN and the temperature indicator shows
for 3 seconds,
then returns to the room temperature indicator.
VENTILATION MODE: the mode indicator "O" does not light
up and the temperature indicator shows F for 3 seconds,
then returns to the room temperature indicator.
• AUTO MODE: the mode indicator lights up as follows:
COOL MODE: the mode indicator "O" lights up
BLUE and WHITE alternately and the temperature
indicator shows A for 3 seconds, then returns to
the room temperature indicator.
HEAT MODE: the mode indicator "O" lights up
RED and WHITE alternately and the temperature
indicator shows A for 3 seconds, then returns to
the room temperature indicator.
UNIT'S SLAVE ADDRESS SETTING
By default, the Modbus address on the units is equal to 0x01.
In order to command the units individually, set the unique
slave address of the unit via register No. 529, or using the
PFW4 wired panel.
MODBUS CONTROL & INTERFACE
Modbus control can be used via the RS-485 port (A1&B1 in
the wiring diagram), using the recommended 24AWG cable
which must be shorter than 500m and with a voltage lower
than 12V. The default communication protocol is Modbus
RTU with a baud rate of
19200 bps, LSB first + even parity + 1
stop bit
. These values can be modified via registers 530 and
531.
This PCB operates as a slave unit that can support these below
Modbus functions.
01(dec) – Read variable (max 16 variables for a single com-
mand)
03(dec) – Read register (max 16 registers for a single com-
mand)
05(dec) – Write single variable
15(dec) – Write variables (max 16 variables for a single com-
mand)
16(dec) – Write registers (Max 16 registers for a single com-
mand)
