.The
voltage setting
resolution
is 0.1
V
when
the
output
is
less
than
and
equal
to
200
V,
and 1

the output

greater than
200
V
.
The
current
limit
function
controls
the
source
output
voltage
so
that the
current
owing through
the
DUT
is
within
the
user
specied
range
.

The
Main
Amplier
amplies

reference
