Maintenance
Remove the Pump Head Assembly

Using a 1/4 inch wrench disconnect the pump outlet
capillary from the purge valve. Disconnect the waste
tube.
Beware of leaking solvents due to hydrostatic
pressure.

If applicable, remove tubings from the seal wash support
rings.

Remove the capillary at the bottom of the pump head.

Using a 4 mm hexagonal key, stepwise loosen the two
pump head screws.

Remove the pump head from the pump drive.
