Uploading Custom Ring Tones (WAV Files)
Custom audio files (WAV format) may be uploaded into memory (1
GB) to play for notification applications. An option is provided to
normalize the uploaded file using “Auto Sound Level” and/or using
“Compression (u-law)”.
An existing file may also be modified by downloading the original via
the links in the web interface, making the desired changes, and then
uploading the new version with a different name. Audio files must be
in the following format:
WAV format
8kHz or 16kHz sampling rate
16-bit PCM, or u-law
Mono
A zip files containing one or more audio files may also be uploaded.
File names must be limited to 32 characters, with no spaces.
