across terminals 1 & 4
of motor?

motor run?
Correct wiring
between
motor and motor
control relay.
Replace

Note: For high voltage three phase supply
(200 volts or higher), the motor is supplied
by L1, L2, L3 through the motor contactor terminals T1,
T2, T3. Make the appropriate adjustments when
doing voltage checks.
