Changing the Parity Setting
1. Move the cursor to the Parity setting.
2. Press the Enter (Preset) key to cycle through the
parity selections. The choices are None, Odd,
and Even.
3. When finished making changes, press Exit
(Patrn) to return to the previous menu.
Note: The parity setting may also be changed by
entering the number that corresponds to the desired
setting and pressing the Enter (Preset) key.

Changing the Stop Bits Setting
1. Move the cursor to the Stop Bits setting.
2. Press the Enter (Preset) key to display the
settings. The available choices are 1 or 2.
3. When finished making changes, press Exit
(Patrn) to return to the previous menu.
Defining Port Use
To define the device type connected the selected
RS-232 communications port:
1. Move the cursor to the Port Use setting.
2. Press the Enter (Preset) key to display the port
selections.
3. When finished making changes, press Exit
(Patrn) to return to the previous menu.
Note: The port use setting may also be changed by
entering the number that corresponds to the desired
setting and pressing the Enter (Preset) key.

Changing Monitor Settings
The Monitor menu provides the ability to review
and change the setup programming for each
monitor.

TITLE DISPLAY - ON

Use Tour to assign a system tour to the monitor.
Use Tour Status to display the status of the last
tour called to the selected monitor.
Use Date Time to configure whether date and time
information is displayed on the monitor.
Use Title Display to configure whether title
information appears on the monitor.
Selecting a Monitor to Configure
1. Move the cursor to the MONITOR field at the top
of the menu.
2. Use the numeric keypad to enter the monitor
number (1-24).
3. Press the Enter (Preset) key.
Once the monitor is selected, continue with
changing the relevant settings.
Selecting the System Tour
The Tour setting identifies which System Tour is
currently assigned to the selected monitor.
Note: If “_ _” appears in the field, no Monitor Tour is
associated with the monitor.
To change the system tour currently assigned to
the monitor:
1. Move the cursor to the TOUR setting.
2. Use the numeric keypad to enter the desired
System Tour number (1-64).
3. Press the Enter (Preset) key to save the
selection and move to the Tour Status entry.
4. When finished making changes, press Exit
(Patrn) to return to the previous menu.
