Logging Off
When the AD168 system is not in use, you should
log off the system. This will ensure that
unauthorized users cannot control your system.
1. Use the numeric keypad to enter 99.
2. Press the F1 key (located below the Site
display).

3. UC (User Code) appears in the Camera display
to indicate successful log off.
Selecting Monitor or VCR Mode
The AD2088 keyboard may be operated in one of
two modes: Monitor Control or VCR Control. The
current mode of operation is indicated by a dash
appearing on the Monitor/VCR display.
If the dash is positioned directly beneath the
display’s monitor label, the unit is in Monitor mode.

If the dash is positioned directly above the display’s
VCR label, the unit is in VCR mode.

Press the VCR key to select VCR mode.
Press the MON key to select Monitor mode.
Note: If a Monitor or VCR number is not entered
prior to pressing either the VCR or MON keys, the
keyboard recalls last VCR or monitor number
selected prior to toggling to the alternate mode.
Working in Operate Mode
