Changing Keyboard Priority Levels
1. Move the cursor to the KEYBOARD menu item.
2. Use the numeric keypad to enter the desired
keyboard number (1-32), and press the Enter
(Preset) key. The cursor moves to the
PRIORITY LEVEL menu item.
3. Use the numeric keypad to enter the Priority
Level (1-8), and press the Enter (Preset) key to

keyboards with lower priority levels.
4. When finished making changes, press Exit
(Patrn) to return to the previous menu.

To configure a Priority Level:
1. Move the cursor to the LEVEL menu item.
2. Use the numeric keypad to enter the priority level

item is Y (enabled) or N (disabled). The following
settings can be configured:
Add User: If enabled (Y), the selected priority
level can add new users. If disabled (N), the
selected priority level cannot add new users.
Note: The USER IDs setting must be enabled
for the Add User setting to apply.
System Reset: If enabled (Y), the selected
priority level can reset the system by keyboard
commands. If disabled (N), the selected priority
level cannot reset the system by keyboard

priority level can lock the control of a camera by
keyboard commands. If disabled (N), the
selected priority level cannot lock the control of a
camera by keyboard commands.
Override: If enabled (Y), the system uses
partitioning tables to provide or deny access to
camera view and/or control, and the selected
priority level cannot override the partitioning. If
disabled (N), the selected priority level can
override the keyboard/camera view and control
partitioning restrictions.
Menu Access: If enabled (Y), the selected
priority level has access to the programming
menus through the keyboard. If disabled (N), the
selected priority level does not have access to
the programming menus through the keyboard.
Note: Menu Access must be enabled to access
the Change Parameters setting.
Change Parameters: If enabled (Y), the
selected priority level can change system data
through the menus. If disabled (N), the selected
priority level cannot change system data through
the menus.
