WATER HEATER

. LP/11O-VOLTWATER HEATER
This water heater operates on LP gas and 12-volt DC power and/or on 110-
volt
AC
power.
It
contain$an automatic shut-off valve which stops the gas
supply
if
the water temperature rises to high. This water heateris also equipped
with a manual reset high temperature limit switch. The water heater is reached
through an access panel
on the outside
of
the motor home.
To
operate on:
LPGAS
1.
Read Section 30 on
"Lighting
LP
Gas
Appliances" and
refer to the water heater's
Operation
Guide
located in the
Owner's
Information
Package.
2.
Fill the water heater with water.
3. Tum the
AUX battery disconnect ON.
,
4. QPEN
theLP
gas tank valve,
tum
on the LP
leak
detector
..
5. Place the WATER HEATER switch, located at the galley
water pump/water heater panel
to
the ON position.
6.
If
the switch light stays ()n.longer than 15 seconds place
switch
inOFf
position andw,ait 5 minutes.
7. Repeat step 5.

2. Fill the water heater with water.
3. 11O-voltAC power must be available through the operation
of
the generator

with the shore cord connected to a public
utility. (Invertor does
NOT power the water heater.)

The water heater llO-volt AC breaker must be ON in the
breaker box located at the foot
of
the bed.
